We are at the Queens Park Savannah where the Panorama Semi-finals is taking place. Many of the bands are already here and anxiously awaiting their turn to perform on stage. We are interviewing some of the movers and shakers within these bands to share a general idea of what goes on behind the scenes. We are here with Mr. Godwin Bowen, Arranger for Arima Angel Harps.

TRINBAGOPAN: Mr. Bowen, what song did you arrange for them this year?

GODWIN: I arranged 'Woman On the Bass' by Scrunter.

TRINBAGOPAN: Why did you choose that song?

GODWIN: Well, it has been a beautiful and popular song in the past. Not having many good songs to choose from these days, I thought it was a good thing to do.

TRINBAGOPAN: How has your experience as an arranger been so far?

GODWIN: It's been alright, it's a beautiful world.

TRINBAGOPAN: What are your plans after Panorama 2006?

GODWIN: Well, I go back to what I do, which is music.

TRINBAGOPAN: Do you arrange for another band?

GODWIN: In terms of Steelband, no. But I compose, produce and arrange. I also travel all about.

TRINBAGOPAN: Do you have any final words?

GODWIN: I hope we have a nice, clean and safe Carnival. Also, that everybody will be happy and you enjoy yourself.

TRINBAGOPAN: Thank you.
