Govt in charge of pan

Rebutting National Carnival Commission (NCC) chairman Keston Nancoo’s statement that it was PanTrinbago who took decisions on the staging of Panorama. The national pan body president Patrick Arnold, yesterday emphatically declared that pan competitions are a part of the Carnival programme and Government is in charge of Carnival.
