I have had the great pleasure of playing with Desperadoes in the memorable times of 1983(Rebecca),1984(the Jammer). It was there that I had the close up look on two of the most prolific bass players I had ever seen. they were the legendarry 'GungaDin' and Frank 'Crawl' Findlay. I have always made it a point of duty ever since to make sure I get more than a glimpse of 'Crawl'playing that nine bass whenever I visit Despers.I never spoke too much with him,but always respected him in my heart. My regrets to him is that I did not truly tell him how much I really admired his effortles and smoothe ability to play this Pan. May his style be an example for other Bass pan players and may Allah have mercy on his soul.
