Virginia is hosting its 3rd annual carnival on July 29th & 30th, 2006 at the Chesapeake City Park, Chesapeake. Colleen Corridon a veteran masquerader from Trinidad is the President and CEO of the Organization and Elwin Johnson a veteran costume designer from Trinidad will be designing the costumes.
