I am trying to find out about the issue involving gaining a copyright to the steelpan.
I understand that a foreigner was trying to purchase the copyright to the steelpan. What concerns me is that the Trinidad and Tobago government or Pantrinbago did not own it in the first place.
Does anyone know what happened and if it is indeed owned by a foreigner.
