world steelband music festival 2004

I'm a member of the Diamond steel orchestra from the island of St.luica.I would like some information next years world festival,in that where it will be held and what time of the year.I would also like to know about the juniorfestival which wa suppose to be held last month in antigua.Thanks for your cooperation.
