THE SUN NEVER SETS ON NEW YORK PAN...

Over 7000 adoring young fans came to the Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, USA to see the performance of New York-based Caribbean Youth Panoramics steel orchestra... It was a record-breaking crowd in the five-year history of the Center's Summer Concert Series...

Elsewhere... in Brooklyn, two of New York's top steel orchestras - Pantonic and Sonatas - held their Annual Band launches this past Saturday and Sunday respectively. Not to be outdone, Dem Stars gave us a special blend of Pan and Boxing at the Annual PAL Amateur Youth Boxing Championships at the band's Brooklyn pan yard...
