The greatest Prime Minister ever lived.
"The Mystical Panman"
Eric Eustace Bill
Went up Mt. Laventille
To learn the secrets of the tenor pan
He practiced for long
And when he came down
He was the best pannist in the land
Seeking the new Pan Messiah
Disciples came from all over
And listened intently as Bill ramajay
In the blazing miday heat
Everyone danced to his beat
And the voice of pan in a political way
With his pan around-de-neck
He said, "don't get me blasted vex"
As he marched to Chagaramas Bay
He rant and rave on the pan
G.I. Joes scattered and ran
Making way for we to swim and play
So with balisier pan sticks in hand
He held concerts all over the land
Playing a party tune
Then the mystical pan fellow
Predicted one from ten leaves zero
And Independence to follow soon
Some say he was deaf to the tone
Why he wrote his music alone
With inspiration from a mystical source
He wrote the music for the undated letter
Who refused to play had to run for shelter
And get to hell out, cause who vex loss
Chanting "Together We Aspire
Together We Achieve"
Members followed him without a fight
And for twenty-five years he reign
With pan music pumping in his veins
As he won every Panorama in sight
Oh how this Mystical Panman
Touched the soul of this Pan Land
And a Nation mourns his passing still
Town say look de "pan dey"
But as you listen to newcomers play
Remember Eric Eustace Bill.
