credential for Carnival

Dear Mrs. Fox,

in 2001 I had a credential for all carnival events at the Savannah. To remind you on me: I left my book "Carnival in Rio" ( www.abbeville/com/carnival/ ) at the office.
I wanna know more about the very traditional Carnival of Trinidad and shoot more pictures on stage,just as I could in 2001.
May I ask you and Pantrinbago for a credential again for following events:

Soca Monarch (Friday)
National Panorama Final (Sat)
Dimanche Gras (Sun.)
Parade of bands ( Mon.)
Parade of bands/Kind of the road/PanMas (Tue)

What's necessary to get the credential this year
(pictures, passport-copies, a.s.o.) where and when
(from Thursday, 27th on) can I get it?

I tried to phone you on Friday, but I couldn't get a connection. I got the number from Gunda Harewood, who told me that you are working at Pantrinbago this year again.
