The theme of this year's TSTT Pan in the 21st Century/Down Memory Lane is 'The Art of Pan', and the artistry of the steelpan was on display at the various pan yards around Trinidad and Tobago over the past two weeks. The final band to compete in this preliminary round of competition was HCL Valley Harps; they performed around 10pm last night, 26th April, 2006.

Meanwhile, in the Pan in the 21st Century Category, defending champions Despers (playing a Keith Saledo‘s arrangement of "So Sick") scored 274, and edged All Stars by one point for the first position in their preliminary competition.
